Can you tell me more about your conscious shopping experience?

At Designers Closet we only scout for the best independent and emerging fashion and accessories designers from all over the world.
This means that our designers have limited collections, or pre-order-only collections.
This may vary according to each designer. The description of each item will give you the info about a ready to wear collection, a couture or pre-order only.


When will I receive my order?

Designers Closet is a marketplace — this means that even though you may be completing one transaction, the products are sourced from individual merchants (designers) and the products you will ordered will be arriving individually from each separate merchant.

Every single product description will give the details about sizes and care.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.


I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?

If you've cancelled an order it can take up to 5 working days to show money in your bank account. This can change according to the Country you live.
